Eviction seminars will be presented in the following locations in the Eastern Cape during July 2016. George : 5 July; Port Elizabeth : 6 July; East London : 8 July; Bloemfontein : 11 July.
Registrations are now open. This is a morning seminar from 08h00 to 13h00. Seating is limited due to the requirement of venues that attendance numbers be confirmed well in advance.
The seminar deals with all the basic principles, the latest case law on evictions, drafting of applications and practice directives. Sufficient time is available for discussion and questions. Registrations can be done by going to the “seminars” button at the top of this page.
