André van Wyk

André Lukas van Wyk matriculated at Hoërskool Bergvlam and obtained the LLB degree at the University of South Africa in 2018. He was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2019 and obtained right of appearance in the High Court in January 2021. He was also admitted as a Notary Public in 2020. André specialises in litigation and is an experienced practitioner in the field of medical negligence claims, labour disputes, contractual and damages claims. He appears regularly in the High Court and Magistrate’s Court.
