We are delighted to once again present in-person seminars after a long delay of 2 years as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Note that this is not a virtual seminar, although a recording may be made available subsequent to the seminar. Upmarket venues will be used, as in the past. This is a morning seminar (09h00-13h00). Only refreshments, tea and coffee is served and not lunch.
The subject-matter of the seminars is on Civil Procedure with a special focus on major procedures such as, Evictions, Divorce Practice, Rental Claims and Interdicts. The various rule amendments in both the Magistrateās Court and High Court are dealt with.
Comprehensive notes will be supplied at the seminars.
All legal practitioners should benefit from the seminars, especially candidate attorneys preparing for the examinations.
