Yolandi Swart

Yolandi matriculated in 2001 at the Rob Ferreira High School in White River.
She joined Christo Smith Attorneys Incorporated the following year as a litigation typist. She later attends to conveyancing and commences her LLB studies.

After a period of 8 years service she is appointed at SEESA and becomes an expert labour practitioner. In 2011 she once again joins the firm and resumes her articles.

Yolandi obtained the LLB degree in 2016 and has since been admitted as an attorney. She is a professional assistant in the firm and deals with High Court litigation, in particular correspondent’s instructions.

Yolandi has an exceptional ability to assist correspondents with High Court litigation and is well acquainted with the rules and the practice directives. She was appointed as senior associate on 1st October 2022. She is married to Gunther Swart and they have two sons, Jean and Reuben.
