The existence of a well drafted agreement is in actual fact a guarantee that mutual trust will endure because all parties know that they cannot deviate from what is written. At the inception of a deal, when trust is strong, most clients argue that the cost of instructing an attorney to draft an agreement is unnecessary.<\/p>\n<p>Whether it be partnerships, sale of movables, acknowledgements of debt or whatever other agreement \u2013 have the terms drafted by a competent attorney.
